Ingredients:
Lemon
Honey
Onions
Ginger
Cinnamon Powder
Fenugreek Powder
Procedure:
Take a bowl and add hot water in it. Now take a small sized bowl to it and add 1-2 tbsps of honey and put this small bowl in the bowl.make sure that small bowl is higher then the water level in the big bowl hot water bowl.keep it dipped and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to it.Mix them properly and Take 2 times a day to help rid of the cold ,flu and sneezing.
Take onions and chopped them. Take chopped onions to a strainer strain the onions and extract the juice from these onions.Add 1 tablespoon of honey to this juice and mix them.Take 3 times a day and get rid of flu Cold and Sneezing.
Take a glass of warm water, add 4 tablespoons of Fenugreek powder now add 1 tablespoons of honey then add 4 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger. Mix it well. Boil this water for 5 minutes and drink afterward.Use of this drink regularly to enhance sweating and reduce fever.
