Blood pressure is typically recorded as the systolic pressure (as the heart beats) over the diastolic pressure (time between two beats).A normal blood pressure reading is less than 120/80 mmHg. When blood pressure is high then blood moves through the arteries more forcefully.

Lemons:

Lemon is full of vitamin C so it help to keep blood vessels soft and pliable and by expelling any inflexibility, high blood pressure will be reduced.Vitamin C is an antioxidant which helps to neutralize harmful effects of free radicals. Take a cup of warm water and add 2 tbsp of lemon juice in it drink this water daily in the morning on an empty stomach. 
For best results don't add salt or sugar.

Garlic:

 Both cooked and raw  garlic helps to control high blood pressure and at the same time it maintain cholesterol level.Garlic helps relax blood vessels by stimulating the creation of hydrogen sulfide and nitric oxide.Eat two or three crushed garlic cloves daily. You can crush them with your hands. 
Garlic cloves creates hydrogen sulfide that is a compound that promotes good blood flow, removes gas and decrease the pressure on the heart. 
If you do not like eating raw garlic then you can take it along with a cup of milk.
You can also mix five to six drops of garlic juice in four tbsp of water and take it two times in a day.

Watermelon seeds are good and effective remedy for high blood pressure.
Watermelon seeds contain a compound which is called cucurbocitrin which helps widen the blood vessels. and  it also helps improve kidney functioning.Take some dry watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus) and grind them.Take one tbsp of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening.Alternatively,take 2 cups of water and add 2 tbsp of dry watermelon seeds and boil it for 15 minutes then strain it and drink this water daily in morning and evening.
